Counselling

Sometimes we can experiences difficult events that have a profound lasting effect on our lives or perhaps we may have found ourselves feeling a little lost, hopeless and unsure of ourselves. We may have been struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or a combination of difficulties for a number of years and feel now is the time to address these issues.

Although seeking help can feel very daunting at first, it is usual to feel nervous, by working with a qualified counsellor we can learn to explore and gain understanding around the things we are struggling with. We can find new ways of looking at situations and work towards living a life with more fulfilment not controlled by these issues. Counselling can help us process and move on from the past and rebuild the life we dream of living.

At Coastal Counselling we put the client at the centre of our work to ensure you are supported throughout each step of your journey.
